Taking large leaps in healthier specifications is not always possible as many healthy and truly sustainable products come at a cost-premium. It is our goal to help architects find products that are cost-effective and reasonable substitutes so that it’s easier to take small steps toward better specs and over time make measurable impacts.

Our product features attempt to stay within mid-range pricing to remain as budget friendly as possible. To be included in our resources, they must also meet at least one of the following requirements:

1. Have a Health Product Declaration (HPD).
2. Contain no hazardous chemicals that are known carcinogens.
3. Are LBC Red List free
4. Have a Declare Label, Greenguard Gold, or Cradle to Cradle Material Health Certification.
