Interface is a GreenCircle Certified company because of their ReEntry Take Back Recycling program, with their carpets being 65-75% recyclable.1

 

The Embodied Beauty carpet collection by Interface is CRI Green Label Plus Certified and uses recycled, nylon yarns.2

 

It has two options for biobased (made from plants) backing systems:

 

  • Quest BioX backing system – contain 74% biobased content. Now on Shishu Stitch, Tokyo Texture and Zen Stitch carpet tiles.
  • CQuest Bio backing system- contains 47% biobased content. Now a standard option on all Interface carpet tiles. This collection is GreenHealth Approved from HealthCare without Harm,3 Cradle to Cradle Certified Silver, CRI Green Label Plus certified, GreenCircle certified, and Red List Free.4

The carpet comes in 25cm x 1cm squares and is inspired by the Japanese aesthetics of minimalism, restoration, and the organic beauty of the natural world.4
