Beatrice is presently enrolled as a student at the University of San Francisco, where she is diligently working towards obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a concentration in Sustainable Civil Engineering. In her academic journey, she has also assumed the role of President in both the university’s chapters of the National Society of Black Engineers and the National Organization of Minority Architects.
Furthermore, Beatrice serves as a Sustainability Specialist at the University of San Francisco, contributing her expertise to the Office of Sustainability. Her professional aspirations lie within the realms of civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or transportation, recognizing that each of these career paths necessitates a profound understanding of sustainability principles. She is eager to integrate the knowledge and skills she acquires through her involvement with Spec Matters into her future endeavors within these fields.
